ANZAC Day Commemorations

Plan ANZAC Day with ease using the Manage My Nightlife app. Schedule The Last Post and The Ode, add curated playlists or local artist content, and display digital signage for your events and venue messaging. Read below for step-by-step instructions to complete each of these actions.

How To Schedule The Last Post + The Ode

1. Open Manage My Nightlife
2. In the Menu, select Search Songs and search for “The Last Post” (all versions listed under Speciality)
3. Click or tap to view the details of the track to be scheduled:
   • If using a personal device or Nightlife Tablet: Tap the blue down arrow to the right of the track title
   • If using the web app: Click on the track title to open a pop up window
4. In the track details, click or tap the clock icon to open the scheduling window and set it to play on 25 April at the preferred time
5. On the web app select the option to interrupt the playing song at the date and time specified.
6. Click or tap Schedule

To check or delete a scheduled track: Look for a clock icon on the Current Playlist page. Tapping on the clock will show all scheduled tracks and relevant details. To delete, tap the circle to the right of the track to select it and then tap the trash icon.

If having trouble finding the track: Use the Genre tab in Search Songs, then scroll down to the Occasions genre. Expand this section to find our range of specialty songs.

How To Queue The ANZAC DAY Music List

Nightlife curated playlist: 10 songs, perfect for before and after The Last Post + The Ode to keep the mood appropriate for the occasion.

1. In the menu, select Queue Lists
2. Select the All Lists tab and expand the Nightlife Lists heading
3. Scroll to the Specialty category. NOTE: If the ANZAC DAY list is not in this category, please contact us so we can ensure the content has been made available.
4. Tap Queue Lists → choose Timed Shuffle if using a mobile device
5. Set the time and duration you would like the list to play and select Queue List or Schedule List.

How To Queue Local Artists For ANZAC Day

Play Australian and New Zealand artists to support the theme of the day like AUSSIE and KIWI CUTZ.

1. In the menu, select Queue Lists
2. Select the All Lists tab and expand the Nightlife Lists heading
3. Select one or more lists to queue them
   NOTE: Selecting more than one list will play a mix of songs from each
4. Tap Queue Lists → choose Timed Shuffle if using a mobile device
5. Set the time and duration you would like the list/s to play and select Queue List or Schedule List.

After the lists are queued, the app will navigate to the Current Playlist page and display the updated playlist. 

Promote Upcoming Events And Display Important Messaging

Use the Manage My Nightlife Web App to promote events, important messages, or special offers.

How to upload and display custom digital signage

1. Open the Manage My Nightlife Web App
2. In the Menu, select Digital Signage, then the User Digital Signage tab
3. Select Custom, then Browse to upload your own blank template or choose a file in the library.
4. Add your text and formatting → Next.
5. Choose output screen(s), set the display duration & date → Create.

How to display slides from Nightlife’s Signage Library

1. Open the Manage My Nightlife Web App
2. In the Menu, select Digital Signage, then User Digital Signage
3. Click on the Library button and choose a slide in the library to see a preview of it
4. When a slide is selected → Next
5. Select the output screen to display the slide on, time and duration it will be integrated into your visual display → Create.
