The Nightlife library has a range of Christmas music lists and visual content available throughout November and December to add plenty of holiday excitement to a venue’s atmosphere.

Our Christmas content has seasonal availability. Looking to use this outside of November and December? Let us know! We’ll make sure it’s available at a designated venue.

How To Queue Christmas Lists

1. Open Manage My Nightlife
2. In the Menu, select the Queue Lists page
3. Select the All Lists tab
4. Expand the Nightlife Lists heading
5. Scroll to the Specialty category NOTE: If there are no Christmas Lists in this category, please contact us so we can ensure the content has been made available.
6. Click or tap the circle next to one or more Christmas lists to select them for queuing NOTE: Selecting more than one list will play a mix of songs from each.
7. Click or tap the green Queue Lists button
8. Click or tap the appropriate queue method (i.e Shuffle or Timed Shuffle) If selecting Timed Shuffle: Use the slider to nominate the length of time the shuffled list(s) should play for, then click or tap the green Queue List button

After the lists are queued, the app will navigate to the Current Playlist page and display the updated playlist. 

To end a Christmas music session: From the Menu, select the Queue Lists page, then select the Currently Queued Lists tab. In the bottom of the screen, select the Clear Playlist button.

Hosting holiday-themed events? Queue Christmas music with Timed Shuffle

When hosting holiday-themed events, the Timed Shuffle feature in Manage My Nightlife can be used to temporarily override the daily music schedule with Christmas content for a set amount of time.

This enables users to queue themed, appropriate music for the duration of events, before returning to the daily music schedule.

How to queue music using the Timed Shuffle feature

1. Open Manage My Nightlife
2. In the Menu, select the Queue Lists page
3. Select the All Lists tab
4. Expand the Nightlife Lists heading
5. Scroll to the Specialty category NOTE: If there are no Christmas Lists in this category, please contact us
6. Click or tap the circle next to one or more Christmas lists to select them for queuing NOTE: Selecting more than one list will play a mix of songs from each.
7. Click or tap the green Queue Lists button
8. Click or tap Timed Shuffle
9. Use the slider to nominate the length of time the shuffled lists should play for
10. Click or tap the green Queue List button

How to add a Flavour

With Manage My Nightlife you can add a seasonal flavour to your regular music schedule. This works by playing a song from another list, such as a Christmas list, at intervals throughout the day. Find out how to add a Christmas Flavour to your playlist here.

How To Queue ‘Christmas TV’ For Venue Screens

1. Open Manage My Nightlife
2. In the Menu, select the Queue Lists page
3. Select the All Lists tab
4. Expand the Ambient Visuals heading
5. Click or tap the circle next to CHRISTMAS TV to select it for queuing
6. Click or tap the green Queue/Schedule List button
7. Click or tap the green Queue List option

When queued, Christmas TV will play on screens until interrupted by the Scheduler – which automatically queues content according to the venue’s set program of daily visuals.

Promote Upcoming Events With Holiday Slides

Use the Manage My Nightlife Web App to display digital signage slides and promote upcoming holiday-themed events, communicate important messages or share special offers and updates.

How to upload and display custom digital signage

1. Open the Manage My Nightlife Web App
2. In the Menu, select the Digital Signage page
3. Select the User Digital Signage tab
4. Click the Upload button
5. Click the green Browse button and select the custom file to upload
6. Select the screen to display the slide on, how long it should display on screens for, and the time period it should be integrated into the digital display (i.e. from December 1st to December 26th)
7. Click the Upload button

How to display slides from Nightlife’s Digital Signage Library 

1. Open the Manage My Nightlife Web App
2. In the Menu, select the Digital Signage page
3. Select the User Digital Signage tab
4. Click on the Library button
5. Click on any slide in the library to see a preview of it
6. When a slide is selected, click the Next button
7. Select the screen to display the slide on, how long it should display on screens for, and the time period it should be integrated into the digital display (i.e. from 1st December to 26th December).
8. Click the Create button
