To assist with Remembrance Day planning, we have a range of audio and visual assets that can be scheduled via the Manage My Nightlife app (available on a smartphone, Nightlife Tablet or PC).
How To Schedule The Last Post + The Ode
- Open Manage My Nightlife
- In the Menu, select the Search Songs page
- Search for “The Last Post” or “Remembrance Day” NOTE: If searching by list under Queue/Schedule Lists, all versions of The Last Post bugle call are stored under the ‘Specialty’ heading
- Click or tap to view the details of the track to be scheduled
- If using a phone or Nightlife Tablet: Tap the blue down arrow to the right of the track title
- If using a PC: Click on the track title to open a pop up window
- In the track details, click or tap the clock icon to open the scheduling window
- In the scheduling window, set the track to play on the 11th November at the preferred time
- Select the option to interrupt the playing song at the date and time specified
- Click or tap Schedule
Promote Upcoming Events And Display Important Messages
Use the Manage My Nightlife Web App to display digital signage slides and promote upcoming events, communicate important messages, or share special offers and updates.
How to upload and display custom digital signage
- Open the Manage My Nightlife Web App
- In the Menu, select the Digital Signage page
- Select the User Digital Signage tab
- Click the Upload button
- Click the green Browse button and select the custom file to upload
- Select the screen to display the slide on, how long it should display on screens for, and the time period it should be integrated into the digital display (i.e. for 11th November)
- Click the Upload button
How to display slides from Nightlife’s Signage Library
- Open the Manage My Nightlife Web App
- In the Menu, select the Digital Signage page
- Select the User Digital Signage tab
- Click on the Library button
- Click on any slide in the library to see a preview of it
- When a slide is selected, click the Next button
- Select the screen to display the slide on, how long it should display on screens for, and the time period it should be integrated into the digital display (i.e. for 11th November)
- Click the Create button
