I can’t find my venue in crowdDJ®

If your venue is not appearing in crowdDJ, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Confirm your Nightlife Media Player is online. This is easily checked by seeing if you’re able to connect to the music zone in the Manage My Nightlife app

crowdDJ requires an active internet connection to operate. If you have any network or internet issues in your venue, crowdDJ® will also be affected

2. If you can confirm the Media Player is online and you have an active internet connection, check that crowdDJ® is enabled in Manage My Nightlife

3. If you still can’t find your venue in crowdDJ, confirm your music system location is accurate.
