crowdDJ® says the venue is not accepting requests

This will most commonly occur when either the Nightlife Media Player is switched off or if crowdDJ has been disabled.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your Media Player is turned on
  2. Confirm your Media Player has an active internet connection. The quickest way is to see if you can access it using the Manage My Nightlife app
  3. Check crowdDJ is enabled in Manage My Nightlife by going to Controls > crowdDJ > and ensure that Off is not selected. If your crowdDJ operates without a DJ to handle requests, the Jukebox option should be selected.
