This will most commonly occur when either the Nightlife Media Player is switched off or if crowdDJ has been disabled.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check your Media Player is turned on
- Confirm your Media Player has an active internet connection. The quickest way is to see if you can access it using the Manage My Nightlife app
- Check crowdDJ is enabled in Manage My Nightlife by going to Controls > crowdDJ > and ensure that Off is not selected. If your crowdDJ operates without a DJ to handle requests, the Jukebox option should be selected.
