Whether hosting a St Patrick’s Day event, or just looking to add a few ditties into the daily music schedule, here’s how to queue Irish music for St Patrick’s Day celebrations.

How To Queue Irish Music Lists

Nightlife has two lists with Irish music for St Patrick’s Day celebrations: Irish Pop, a compilation of popular Irish pop and rock artists, and St Patrick’s Day, a collection of traditional Irish tunes.

Using iOS or Android:

1. Open Manage My Nightlife
2. In the Menu, select the Queue Lists page
3. Select the All Lists tab
4. Expand the Nightlife Lists heading
5. Tap the square next to one or more lists to select them for queuing
   NOTE: Selecting more than one list will play a mix of songs from each
6. Tap the green Queue Lists button
7. Tap the appropriate queue method (i.e. Shuffle or Timed Shuffle)
   If selecting Timed Shuffle: Nominate the start time and length of time you wish to override the Scheduler for, then click or tap the green Queue List button. 

After the lists are queued, the app will navigate to the Current Playlist page and display the updated playlist. 

Using the Web App in your Browser:

1. Open Manage My Nightlife in your browser
2. From the Menu bar, select the Queue/Schedule Lists page
3. Select the All Lists tab
4. Expand the Nightlife Lists heading
5. Click the circle next to one or more lists to select them for queuing
   NOTE: Selecting more than one list will play a mix of songs from each
6. Click the green Queue/Schedule Lists button
7. Nominate the length of time you wish to override the Scheduler for and when you’d like it to play, then click the Queue/Schedule Lists button.
   NOTE: To queue without nominating a time, untick Session Duration. The lists will play until the next scheduled entry.

How to add a Flavour

With Manage My Nightlife you can add a seasonal flavour to your regular music schedule. This works by playing a song from another list, such as our Irish list, at intervals throughout the day. Find out how to add a Irish Flavour to your playlist here.

How To Promote Upcoming Events With Digital Signage

Use the Manage My Nightlife Web App to display digital signage and promote upcoming St Patrick’s Day events, communicate important messages or share special offers and updates.

How to upload and display custom digital signage

1. Open the Manage My Nightlife Web App
2. In the Menu, select the Digital Signage page
3. Select the User Digital Signage tab
4. Click the Upload button
5. Click the green Browse button and select the custom file to upload
6. Select the screen to display the slide on, how long it should display on screens for, and the time period it should be integrated into the digital display (i.e. on 17th March, or from 15th to 17th, etc)
7. Click the Upload button

How to display slides from Nightlife’s Advertising Library 

1. Open the Manage My Nightlife Web App
2. In the Menu, select the Digital Signage page
3. Select the User Digital Signage tab
4. Click on the Library button
5. Click on any slide in the library to see a preview of it
6. When a slide is selected, click the Next button
7. Select the screen to display the slide on, how long it should display on screens for, and the time period it should be integrated into the digital display(i.e. on 17th March, or from 15th to 17th, etc)
8. Click the Create button
