crowdDJ Control is the ultimate music control app for any space—from pubs and gyms to function spaces.
Staff, managers, trainers or the designated DJ can queue new music lists, adjust volume, manage the playlist or even switch into karaoke mode, all from the palm of their hand.
At the same time, customers, gym members or function guests can request their favourite songs directly from your brand-safe library using crowdDJ Scan To Play QR codes.

How It Works
1. Launching the App
- Staff, trainers, managers or the designated DJ simply scan your venue’s unique QR code to launch the crowdDJ Control app on their device
- This QR code will have been supplied to you, but can also be generated via the following steps:
- Open Manage My Nightlife in a browser
- Navigate to the Controls tab
- Under the QR Codes for Apps section, select the relevant crowdDJ Control option
- Click the Download button to save the QR code for scanning or copy or open the link for easy access in your browser
2. Setting the Vibe
- Choose from our library of music lists, or even combine them with your Spotify playlists through third-party Spotify integration to create one perfectly blended mix.
3. Getting Customers Involved
- Customers, gym members and function guests can add to the playlist, including from their own Spotify playlists, via crowdDJ Scan To Play QR codes on table discs, TV screens or posters.
- All selections are from your brand-safe library.
Management controls are not available using Scan To Play QR Codes.
4. Control the Music
- Use the control bar to play, pause, skip and adjust volume in real-time.
- Manage the queue by moving songs up and down. Scan To Play requests will appear at the top of the playlist.
- Easily switch into Karaoke Mode (if enabled) at any time by tapping the Karaoke tab. When switched, Scan To Play requests will be from the Karaoke Library.
