I am being asked for a verification code

Manage My Nightlife and crowdDJ® will ask for a verification code if unable to confirm you’re in the venue using your phone’s location services.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Ensure Location Services are enabled on your phone
  2. Try connecting with your Wi-Fi switched off, so the app can geolocate you using your mobile data. If you are already on mobile data, try connecting to your local Wi-Fi network so that you can authenticate that way.
  3. Make sure that your Music System Location is set accurately

If you’re still being asked for a Verification Code and you need a temporary solution, tap “Display Code” and then type the code displayed on any screens or crowdDJ Kiosks into your device. This will verify your location for 24 hours.
