Manage My Nightlife and crowdDJ® will ask for a verification code if unable to confirm you’re in the venue using your phone’s location services.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Ensure Location Services are enabled on your phone
- Try connecting with your Wi-Fi switched off, so the app can geolocate you using your mobile data. If you are already on mobile data, try connecting to your local Wi-Fi network so that you can authenticate that way.
