Use Nightlife to showcase promotions and advertisements on your venue’s screens.

  • You can insert important announcements and promotions specific to your venue to mix seamlessly with our enthralling ambient visuals.

The Manage My Nightlife web-app is required to manage and upload advertising content.


At any time, anywhere, you can use the Manage My Nightlife web-app to:

  • Manage your advertising to add or remove content and adjust playback settings
  • Upload your own custom advertising content, from static images to animations
  • Choose a single advertisement or gallery to lock to your screens for the duration of an event or function
  • Upload and display photos and galleries on your venue’s screens.

If your venue is part of a larger organisation that also uses Nightlife, there may be some Priority Advertising that you will not have access to edit using the web-app. Please contact us over Live Chat or by phone if you have any questions.

Getting started

To get started, you will need to:

  • Be a Nightlife customer
  • Open the Manage My Nightlife web-app on your PC
  • Have your Manage My Nightlife login credentials ready
  • Sign into the web-app.


The maximum allowed file upload size is 5 megabytes


If you’re creating your own custom digital advertising, contact us if you’re unsure whether your system is capable of standard or high definition animated content.

Refer the specification sheets below for the required image and animation specifications to ensure your content can play on the Nightlife system.
