The Manage My Nightlife web-app is required to manage and upload signage.

Features

At any time, anywhere, you can use the Manage My Nightlife web-app to:

• Manage your signage to add or remove content and adjust playback settings
• Upload your own custom signage, from static images to animations
• Choose a single advertisement or gallery to lock to your screens for the duration of an event or function
• Upload and display photos and galleries on your venue’s screens.

If your venue is part of a larger organisation that also uses Nightlife, there may be some Priority Signage that you will not have access to edit using the web app. Please contact us over Live Chat or by phone if you have any questions.

Getting started

To get started, you will need to:

• Be a Nightlife customer
• Open the Manage My Nightlife web-app on your PC
• Have your Manage My Nightlife login credentials ready
• Sign into the web-app.

How to upload custom signage

1. Select Digital Signage on the left-side menu
2. Click on Add Content
3. Click Upload Files and select a file(s) to upload.
4. Choose which screens to display on, duration and display time and date.
5. Click Upload when ready.

How to upload slides from the Digital Signage library

1. Select Digital Signage on the left-side menu
2. Click on Add Content
3. Click on From Template to view the Digital Signage library
4. Click on your selection, then click Next.
5. Choose which screens to display on, duration and display time and date.
6. Click Create when ready.

The maximum allowed file upload size is 5 megabytes

Specifications

If you’re creating your own custom digital signage, refer to the specification sheet below for the required image and animation specifications to ensure your content can play on the Nightlife system.
