The music has stopped playing

If your music has suddenly stopped, try these steps to quickly get it playing again.

  1. Ensure your Nightlife Media Player, Amplifier and any other related audio distribution equipment is turned on
  2. Connect to Manage My Nightlife and check that your player hasn’t been paused and that the volume is up

  3. Restart your Media Player  
  4. If you still have no music, please contact us over Live Chat or by phone.
