The music is skipping

If your music sounds like it is cutting in and out or skipping like a scratched CD, the following tips may be useful:

Have you recently uploaded any new advertising? Content that exceeds
recommended specifications can cause problems with media playback.
Review the required digital advertising specifications  and remove any advertising that exceeds these specs.

 

Your Nightlife Media Player provides the audio source, but there are many other audio devices that can cause problems. Check any audio devices for faults, such as:

    • Amplifier
    • Digital Modulator
    • Set Top Box

Restarting these devices can solve many problems, but we recommend you contact your audio visual technician for advice.

If you are still experiencing issues, try restarting your Media Player using Manage My Nightlife.
