Reset your Manage My Nightlife username or password

Changing your Manage My Nightlife password is simple.

  1. If you’re already signed into Manage My Nightlife, click ‘Sign Out’
  2. Enter your username (standard format is firstname.lastname).  If you username is not being accepted, please contact us either by live chat or phone.
  3. To reset your password, select ‘Reset Password’ and an email with password reset instructions will be sent to the email address you provided when you created your account with us
  4. If you’re unable to reset your password, did not receive the reset email, or need to reset your username, contact us over live chat or by phone.  

If you haven’t received the ‘Reset Password’ email, check your spam mail in case it has been incorrectly flagged.
