Editing Your Weekly Music Schedule
The Weekly Scheduler feature in the Manage My Nightlife web app enables users to adjust their customised 7-day music rotation.
It should only be used for long-term adjustments like refreshing the music, adding seasonal music or aligning music with a new venue timetable.
Currently, the Weekly Scheduler can only be used to edit music programming.
How do I find the Weekly Scheduler?
Once you have access:
- Open Manage My Nightlife in your browser (Users can only edit the Weekly Scheduler via the web app)
- From the side menu, navigate to Scheduler
- Click the green Edit Weekly Scheduler button at the top right
- This will open a new tab showing your weekly schedule

From here, you can make the following changes:
- Add or remove music lists from your schedule by editing music slots or creating new ones
- Copy a set of music lists from one music slot to another
- Allocate how much of each music list you want to hear in a slot by filtering based on beats per minute (BPM), date range and percentage
- Flavour your usual music schedule with a chosen list and set the intervals you want these songs to play (commonly used to add a tasteful amount of seasonal content like Christmas music)
