The Explicit Content Filter is disabled

If you are attempting to use the Manage My Nightlife app to turn your explicit filter on or off, but the controls are disabled, there are a few possible causes.

Disabled explicit Filter control
  1. Your venue may have chosen to permanently disable explicit content. If this is NOT the case, proceed to the next step
  2. Your Media Player may need to be configured to allow explicit filter control from the app.  Please contact us over Live Chat or by phone to configure control.
