The Turntablet® is not turning on

If your Turntablet isn’t turning on, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Press the power button on the top right side of the tablet.  If you see a charging symbol and a percentage higher than 10%, press and hold the power button until you see a Samsung logo.  Your Turntablet will now boot up normally.
  2. If you do not see a charging symbol, or the percentage is very low (<10%), check the charging cable is connected correctly. 

    The charging cable should be firmly connected to the charging port at the bottom of the tablet at one end, and the USB end should connect to the charging hub behind the Turntablet. 

    If reconnecting the cable starts charging the tablet, wait until you have at least 10% charge before powering up the device as per step 1.
  3. If you are sure the charging cable is connected correctly and you still do not see a charging symbol, or the percentage is still very low (<10%), check that the power cable to the charging hub behind the Turntablet is connected to a working power point.

    If reconnecting this power cable starts charging the tablet, wait until you have at least 10% before powering up the device as per step 1.
