The volume controls are disabled

If you are attempting to use the Manage My Nightlife app to adjust your volume but the controls are disabled, there are a few possible causes.

  1. Your venue may have chosen to control volumes using a different control interface, and disabled Nightlife volume deliberately.  If this is NOT the case, proceed to the next step.
  2. To adjust volume, your app requires you to be at the venue. This is a safety precaution to prevent you accidentally adjusting volume to an unsuitable level when you are not there to hear it.  If you are at the venue, proceed to the next step.
  3. Your app may not have been able to authenticate your presence onsite.  Follow the steps in this article to try to resolve.
