Trivia is encountering playback issues

If you are encountering issues with your trivia playback, please try the steps below to restart and reload the quiz.

  1. Make a note of the current slide.
The Current Slide Number can be found in the bottom left corner of the Trivia Control screen
  1. Stop the Quiz
    Click the STOP QUIZ button, and then click YES to confirm.
  1. SELECT and START the Quiz again, as usual.
    This will start the quiz again, from slide 1.
  2. From the CONFIGURATION menu up the top, select GOTO SLIDE
  1. Enter the slide number you made a note of at step 1 and click GO.
  1. Continue the quiz as usual.
